Universal Contracting partnered with Messer Construction as the General Trades Contractor for The Banks BP6 Lot 23 Park and Lot 23/27 Garage Signage and Security project. Completed in May 2021, the $8.9 million development transformed Lot 23 into a vibrant public gathering space along Cincinnati’s riverfront. The project introduced an artificial turf event lawn, granite hardscapes, landscaping, decorative lighting, site furnishings, and security enhancements, creating a flexible venue for concerts, festivals, and community events. Our scope included:
