Description:
Universal Contracting completed a 1,200 SF renovation of the Sacristy at St. Xavier Church between May and October 2023. The project modernized the space with upgraded building systems, architectural finishes, and functional improvements while respecting the church’s historic character. Careful coordination was required to complete selective demolition, masonry and plaster repairs, new framing, MEP upgrades, and custom architectural millwork within an active place of worship. Our scope included:
