Universal Contracting served as the General Contractor for site improvements at the PNC Bank branch in Symmes Township. The project focused on upgrading accessibility and improving overall site conditions to meet current ADA standards.
The work included new ADA-compliant parking spaces, sidewalks, curbs, stairs, ramps, railings, signage, and asphalt parking lot improvements.

- Asphalt paving and striping
