PNC at Village Terrace

Location: Florence, KY

Delivery Method: GC

Industry: Commercial, Retail

Universal Contracting completed the construction of a 3,500-square-foot PNC Bank branch at Village Terrace, delivering a modern facility designed to meet both operational needs and sustainability goals.

The building consists of precast wall panels with light gauge metal framing and exterior brick veneer, supported by structural steel and wood trusses on poured concrete foundations. The roofing system includes metal panels and thermoplastic membrane roofing over office and shared spaces. A triple-pane glazing system, including a clerestory, allows for increased natural light throughout the interior.

Our scope included:

  • Concrete foundations
  • Structural steel and framing systems
  • Precast wall panel installation
  • Roofing systems
  • High-performance glazing systems
  • Interior millwork (plastic laminate and straw board)
  • Flooring including marble tile and recycled carpet

The facility was designed and constructed in accordance with U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) guidelines, achieving LEED Gold certification.

This project highlights Universal’s ability to deliver sustainable commercial construction, integrating energy-efficient systems, durable materials, and high-quality finishes within a compact footprint.
