Universal Contracting served as the General Contractor for the MSD Wastewater Collections Maintenance Shop project. The work included the construction of a new maintenance bay and office addition, along with significant upgrades to the existing facility to improve operational efficiency and functionality.
The project scope included roof demolition and replacement, HVAC system upgrades, electrical system up dates, and interior renovations to support maintenance operations and administrative functions.
