Universal Contracting completed the 18,000 SF build-out of Margaritaville Cincinnati, located within the Horseshoe Casino, in February 2013. The project transformed the space into a dynamic restaurant and retail environment designed to deliver an immersive guest experience.
The build-out included significant structural and finish elements to support both dining and entertainment functions.
Key features of the project included:
- Raised concrete deck bar
- Second-story mezzanine with DJ booth
- Live performance stage

- Decorative metals
The interior design embraced a rustic beach bar theme, complete with a bait shop–inspired dining and retail area and full-size palm tree elements throughout. This project highlights Universal’s ability to execute detailed themed environments that combine specialty finishes, structural components, and experiential design within an active entertainment venue.
