Universal Contracting served as the General Contractor for the expansion and improvement of Nativity of Our Lord Parish, supporting both the school and parish community with new and upgraded facilities.
The project included construction of a new 9,000-square-foot gymnasium addition, along with enhancements to the existing school building to improve accessibility and functionality.
The work included:

- Aluminum windows and storefront systems
- Interior masonry partitions
- Concession area and restroom facilities
- Elevator addition to existing school
The new gymnasium was designed to complement the existing campus while providing modern space for athletics and community use. The elevator addition improved accessibility within the school, aligning the facility with current standards.
This project demonstrates Universal’s ability to deliver thoughtful additions within active parish environments, balancing new construction with seamless integration into existing structures.
