Description:
Universal Contracting served as the General Contractor for a 6,000-square-foot addition to Mason Intermediate School, along with the interior renovation of two innovation hubs. The project enhanced the school’s learning environment through expanded instructional space and modernized collaborative areas.
The addition consisted of a masonry structure with brick veneer and a sloped shingled roof supported by metal trusses. Interior finishes included epoxy restroom flooring, carpet, ceramic tile, casework, and operable glazed wall systems.
