Universal Contracting Corporation was selected as the Construction Manager for the Hillsboro High School Auditorium project. Universal partnered with Hillsboro Local Schools and Woolpert Inc. to deliver a new, state-of-the-art performance venue serving both students and the community.The project consisted of a $7.5 million addition to the existing high school, constructed just north of the gymnasium. The building structure and exterior included structural masonry, structural steel framing, concrete slabs, decorative metal siding, composite metal panels, and brick veneer.
