Universal Contracting performed the General Trades Contract for the new Lawrenceburg Event Center and Hotel. The project consisted of a nine-story hotel and attached convention center designed to support large-scale events, conferences, and hospitality operations.
The development included 150 hotel rooms, four convention center exhibit halls, three ballrooms, and expansive lobby spaces to accommodate guests and event attendees.
