Welcome to our first newsletter!

Dear Clients, Partners, and Colleagues,In the past few years, we have seen incredible growth alongside challenges in the construction industry. The resilience of our company and its partners was a light that shone brightly through the ups and downs of 2020 and I’m pleased to say that 2021 has been a fantastic year despite a few pandemic-related obstacles. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for our clients and subcontractors that have made our continued growth possible, and to share some uplifting news: Universal Contracting Corporation has not only survived the past several years, but we are excited that we have grown, and are expanding into new markets, thriving ahead into 2022.You might notice our recent uptick in marketing. As a future-focused company, we’ve always innovated and adapted to the evolving community of Cincinnati and our industry. Therefore, we have made an effort to better reach our community and clientele on the platforms they use the most, by communicating through our social media channels and website.

If you haven’t already, we encourage you to follow us online and share our posts with your network. Our goal is to continue to offer the personable experience we are known for and have our online presence enhance and become complementary to our high standards of customer service and expertise.

Word-of-mouth referrals are still our top priority and source of new business. As our reputation continues to grow, and we fully embrace the broader reach that social media and digital marketing offers our industry peers. The Construction Marketing Association confirms these trends, with 70% of firms increasing their social media presence in 2020 alone. Expanding our reach and further building our reputation is a no-brainer, and we’re excited to engage with you through our social media, website, and enewsletters.

We look forward to serving you and speaking with you online and in-person!

Sincerely,
Phil Neumann
President
