West Carrollton Storage Building

Universal was responsible for the General Trades package under Shook Construction to construct a pre-engineered metal storage building for West Carrollton City Schools.

Our scope included:

  • Rough Carpentry
  • Doors, Frames, Hardware
  • Windows, Glazing, & Frames
  • Interior Finishes (Drywall, Painting, Signage, Specialty Accessories)
  • Site Fencing & Gates
  • Landscaping

This project was expected to span over 4 months, with an estimated budget of $390,102.  This project was completed in August 2024.
