University of Cincinnati Child Care Center

Universal both renovated the existing building that is the University of Cincinnati Child Care Center, as well as constructed a new addition. By phasing the project, the owner could still fully utilize the building without having to uproot. The owner was able to occupy the existing building during the construction of the new addition, and then utilized the new addition during the renovation to the existing building.
