Universal Contracting takes pride in completing another excellent general trades contract on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. This project was a complete renovation of the 100 year old historic Health Professions Building, now renamed Kowalewski Hall on the East (medical) campus. Our scope of the renovation included:
- Interior concrete slab repairs
- Interior gypcrete subfloor installation
- Architectural Wood Casework
- Decorative Finish Wood Trim
- Glazed Ornamental stair and auditorium railings
- Installation of Metal Pharmaceutical Lab Casework
- Fixed Audience Seating
- Fixed Seminar and Teaming Tables
The now “new” University of Cincinnati Kowalewski Hall opened for classes on August 23, 2017 the first day of the 2017 school year.
