Universal Contracting is thrilled to be selected as the Construction Manager for the renovation of the HVAC and piping systems for McDonough Hall and the
Student Services building on The University of Cincinnati’s Clermont Campus. This project will be performed in two phases, over the summers of 2024 & 2025. This project also includes sitework, re-roofing, and interior finishes.
The project scope includes:
- Selective Demolition of HVAC
- Selective Demolition of Chilled Water Piping
- Selective Demolition of Electrical
- Selective Demolition of Interior Walls/Ceilings
- Removal of Rooftop HVAC Units
- Renovations/New Replacements of All Items Above
- Roof Demolition and Replacement
- Exterior Chilled Water Line Routing
