Universal Contracting served as Construction Manager at Risk for phased renovations to McDonough Hall and the Student Services Building at the University of Cincinnati Clermont Campus. Completed over two summer construction phases in 2024 and 2025, the project modernized critical building infrastructure while minimizing disruptions to campus operations and the academic calendar.
The improvements included extensive HVAC and chilled water piping replacements, electrical upgrades, roof replacements, and interior renovations. Careful coordination and scheduling allowed construction to progress around the university’s academic activities.
