Universal completed a new 61,000 SF LEED-certified school for Cincinnati’s Academy for Multilingual Immersion Studies (AMIS), creating a modern, sustainable learning environment for Cincinnati Public Schools. The project began with the complete demolition of the former building, followed by full site excavation and ground-up construction. Key features of the new facility include:
