Leadership Transition
We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes at Universal Contracting Corporation. As one of Cincinnati’s most reputable and longstanding construction firms, we constantly strive to enhance our leadership team and foster growth.
Brad Wilhelm has assumed the role of President of the company, succeeding the esteemed Phillip Neumann. Having previously served as the Vice President of Operations, Brad is now entrusted with overseeing the day-to-day operations of Universal Contracting Corporation.

In addition to his responsibilities at Universal, Brad has the privilege of serving as the President of the Cincinnati Division of the Associated General Contractors of America. Furthermore, he holds positions as a board member of both the Ohio Associated General Contractors of America and Allied Construction Industries, allowing him to contribute to the broader construction industry and bring valuable insights to our organization.
